Business Analyst

About Your New Role
We’re seeking TSPV cleared Business Analysts to support a major program delivering capability in a highly secure, complex environment.
This program focuses on integrating and enhancing current capabilities using a reuse, buy, and build approach. You’ll play a key role in ensuring business needs are clearly defined and effectively translated into delivered outcomes.

Opportunities are available for both standard BA roles and a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Team Lead), depending on your level of experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality business analysis to support end-to-end capability delivery in a secure, complex environment
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements through workshops, interviews, and operational walkthroughs
• Analyse current-state systems and processes to inform future capability, ensuring alignment with operational needs
• Support traceability between existing systems, new requirements, and delivered solutions
• Work closely with business, technical, and security stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to scope, integration, and stakeholder alignment
• Contribute to solution design by supporting reuse, buy, and build approaches across integrated systems

Senior role will also:

• Lead business analysis activities across the program and ensure alignment with delivery objectives
• Take ownership of systems analysis across complex, multi-component solutions
• Provide mentoring and guidance to Business Analysts, ensuring consistent standards and outputs
• Review and assure the quality of analysis deliverables
• Provide advice to program leadership on risks, trade-offs, and solution options
• Ensure requirements appropriately consider security, hosting, and integration constraints

Mandatory:

• Current TSPV security clearance
